KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. recently announced the appointment of Mario Toukan as head of the chemicals practice.
 
Prior to assuming this role, Toukan spent 13 years as an M&A focused banker and served as KeyBanc Capital Markets’ advisory lead for chemicals over the past several years.  Prior to investment banking, he began his career with a big four accounting firm.  In his new role, Toukan will be responsible for continuing to build relationships with chemical companies globally and advising clients on their corporate finance, M&A and other capital market needs.
